The service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid. You may cancel anytime; your domain remains yours.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will not renew. Fees already charged for the current month are non-refundable, except where required by law. If we fail to deliver your live website within 14 days of receiving your onboarding information, you may request a full refund of that month's fee by emailing support@hezhongth.com.
